Update march 2012
My prolactin levels have gone up a little from 2560mIU/L to 2730mIU/L.
What have I done?
I have tried this natural herb Chastberry (Vites Agnus Castus) which supposedly decreases prolactin production. It was actually great to put on oat meal but it hasn’t really changed anything. I have not been sleeping very well – not at all actually. I was prescribed Melatonin tablets and even though I didn’t want to take any medication, I needed sleep. If this is a side effect from ditching a drug I’ve been on for 7 years, I don’t know. This lasted for about 1½ month.
